世界休闲协会台湾分会（WLO–T）将承接「2026 年第 21 届全国体育运动学术团体联合年会暨国际学术研讨会」之主办权，并与东海大学联合主办。本年会为运动部年度指标性学术盛会，汇聚体育、运动、休闲与健康领域的学术能量与国际交流，展现深厚学术内涵与全球视野。 世界休闲组织（WLO）的核心价值在於强调：「休闲是基本人权，更是提升人类生活品质（Quality of Life）与福祉（Well-being）的关键力量」。本届年会以「运动绿生活：迈向全人运动与健康的未来」为主题，以健康一体（One Health） 核心理念，强调人类健康、生活环境与生态系健康相互依存，并以此作为推动优质休闲与全人运动发展的共同基础。 面对生活型态快速转变与气候变迁带来的环境风险，休闲与健康不再只是个人层次的议题，更是与城市与自然环境治理紧密相连的公共议题。本届年会将聚焦於如何透过更友善的休闲环境设计、户外游憩规划，以及休闲资源的品质与可近性提升，让民众在促进健康福祉、享受休闲权利的同时，也能降低环境负荷、支持环境保育，朝向人与自然共好的实践路径。 年会亦将以健康一体的理念深化「休闲福祉」与「全人运动与健康」的内涵。休闲参与及身体活动不仅是日常习惯，更是促进身、心、灵整体健康与生活品质的关键媒介；同时也是连结自然、培养环境责任与永续生活方式的重要途径。期待透过跨域合作与实证交流，提出可落实於政策与场域管理的永续策略，共同形塑对人类健康有益、对生态环境友善，且更具韧性与幸福感的未来。

The World Leisure Organization–Taipei Chapter (WLO–T) proudly announces to serve as the host of the 2026 21st Physical Education and Sport Academic Organizations Annual Joint Assembly and International Symposium, in partnership with Tunghai University. As a flagship annual academic event supported by the Ministry of Sports, the conference brings together scholars and practitioners across physical education, sport, leisure, and health, advancing academic excellence and international exchange.
At the heart of the World Leisure Organization (WLO) is the principle that leisure is a fundamental human right and a vital force for enhancing quality of life and well-being. Guided by the theme “Green Active Living: Toward a Holistic Future of Sport and Health,” the conference adopts the One Health approach, recognizing the interdependence of human health, living environments, and ecosystem health. In this context, the conference aligns with the shared global goal to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages, positioning leisure and physical activity as practical pathways to achieve this vision.
